Black Horse Run

Black Horse Run is a community of beautiful, architecturally–detailed town homes bordered by natural, spring-fed ponds. Black Horse Run is situated on a 7.5 acre triangular parcel of land. Originally, the parcel had been deemed unsuitable for building. It consisted of mosquito infested, polluted, and stagnant swamp water that had been slated for drainage in order to provide more space for development.

West Ventures, working with federal and local governments, instead developed a federally approved wetlands mitigation plan that preserved the natural springs and created beautiful ponds and naturally landscaped open space as part of the town home development.
